ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing any program, service, or product from Hypnotherapist Jen, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase. Please read these terms carefully before making any purchase. If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase or use our services.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor via Go High Level platform.

Payment Plans

Available for most programs
First payment due upon enrollment
Subsequent payments automatically charged monthly on the same date
All payment plan obligations remain in effect regardless of participation level

Late Payments

Late fees may apply for overdue payments
Services may be suspended until payment is received
Continued non-payment may result in account termination and collection efforts

Default & Collections

Failure to complete payment obligations may result in legal action in the Province of Alberta, Canada
Client is responsible for all collection costs including legal fees, court costs, and collection agency fees
All disputes will be resolved under Alberta jurisdiction

PROGRAM ACCESS & DELIVERY

Course Platform

All digital materials are delivered through the Go High Level platform. You will receive login credentials via email upon purchase.

Live Sessions (Where Applicable)

Conducted via Google Meet
Client responsible for reliable internet connection
Sessions must be scheduled in advance through provided booking link

Technical Requirements

Stable internet connection
Compatible device for accessing course platform
Email address for communications

SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Session Scheduling (1-1 Programs)

Sessions scheduled through mutual agreement
Advance booking required
All times listed in Mountain Time

Client Cancellations

24-hour minimum notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
Failure to provide adequate notice results in forfeiture of that session
No makeup sessions provided without proper notice

Provider Cancellations

Hypnotherapist Jen will provide maximum notice possible for any necessary cancellations
Alternative scheduling will be offered at no penalty to client

REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS – ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We maintain a strict no-refund policy on all programs, courses, and services. This policy exists because:

Transformation requires commitment and consistent participation
Digital products and course materials are immediately accessible upon purchase
Results are directly proportional to effort invested (“you get out what you put in”)

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By purchasing our programs, you agree to:

Attend scheduled sessions punctually and prepared (where applicable)
Complete assigned materials and exercises
Maintain respectful communication
Take personal responsibility for your results and transformation
Respect all communication boundaries and business hours
Not share, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary materials

Health Certifications Required

By purchasing hypnotherapy services, you certify that:

You do not suffer from epilepsy
You do not suffer from a severe mental health disorders
You have disclosed any relevant medical or psychological conditions
You have consulted your healthcare provider if recommended

Hypnotherapy Considerations

Hypnotherapy is generally safe for most individuals
Not recommended for individuals with epilepsy or severe mental health disorders
This is a professional relationship focused on mindset transformation and personal development

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

Proprietary Materials

All content including the Freedom Frequency Formula, course materials, hypnosis recordings, and methodologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of Hypnotherapist Jen.

Usage Restrictions

You may NOT:

Record sessions without explicit written permission
Share login credentials with others
Reproduce or distribute any course materials
Use materials for commercial purposes
Claim ownership of any proprietary methods or content

Permitted Use

Materials are licensed for your personal use only during the specified access period.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during programs. Your personal information and progress will not be disclosed without written consent, except as required by law.

COMMUNICATION POLICIES

Business Hours

Telegram Support (where applicable): Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Mountain Time
Email Support: Response within 72 business hours
Emergency Situations: Contact your local emergency services

Professional Boundaries

This is a professional coaching and hypnotherapy relationship. All communication should remain professional and program-related.

TERMINATION

Client-Initiated Termination

Clients cannot terminate payment plans early
All financial obligations remain in effect
No refunds provided for unused portions

Provider-Initiated Termination

Hypnotherapist Jen reserves the right to terminate services if client:

Becomes disruptive or disrespectful
Violates terms of service
Fails to meet health certification requirements
Engages in inappropriate behavior

No refunds will be provided in cases of provider-initiated termination, but no future payments will be taken.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hypnotherapist Jen’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our programs or services.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected is used solely for program delivery and communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law or necessary for payment processing.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Purchase are governed by the laws of the province of Alberta, in Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Alberta courts, regardless of your location.

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of new terms.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Purchase, along with your specific program contract (where applicable), constitute the entire agreement between parties and supersede all prior agreements or representations.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
